We established Heritage Inventories in 2009 as an independent company providing professional inventory, check-in, check-out and interim inspection services to landlords, lettings agencies and tenants in Surrey.

We wanted to join the 'small business' revolution changing the face of companies in Britain, providing a professional but personalised experience for our clients.

We appreciate the critical importance of accurate documentation in resolving tenancy disputes. We also understand the importance of timely delivery of reports to speed up the process of returning tenant deposits or funds owed to landlords.

We take data protection very seriously and are registered with the ICO. We are AIIC accredited and fully compliant with current industry regulation and legislation.
